How to purchase Southfields Academy uniform.

In line with Government advice, in order to minimise close contact you are encouraged to place your orders for school uniform through the online portal, which was set up last year by our service providers, Stitch Design.

IMPORTANT: Orders placed with Stitch Design prior to midnight on a Sunday will be processed to be collected from school from the following Wednesday. Later orders will not be available until the following week.

A representative from Stitch Design will be on site at the School Uniform shop from 11 until 2 each Wednesday. If you are unable to attend at that time your order can be collected from the school reception.

To place an order please visit www.stitchdesign.co.uk.

  • The first time you order you will need to register, please enter the Academy’s postcode (SW18 5JU) when required to ensure you register for the correct school.
  • Once signed in you should place and pay for your order. If you have any difficulties, please check the Help & Support page on the Stitch Design website and, if necessary, email online@stitchdesign.co.uk.
  • Please bring your order confirmation with you so your order can be identified quickly.
  • NOTE: If you request a home deliver there will be an additional charge, and your order may be delayed by a week.
  • WARNING: If your order is placed after the cut-off you will have to wait another week before your order is ready to collect, so please do not leave it late.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: In the online shop, all items will either have a ‘to-fit’ size, measured in inches, or you can click on the ‘Size Guide’ and find out what the recommended ‘to-fit’ size for that item is. ‘To-fit’ will either be a chest or waist measurement, dependent on the garment.

Please try on your new garments when you get home in case they do not fit (see below).

Q: What if I order the wrong size?
A: You will need to email Stitch Design at online@stitchdesign.co.uk, giving them your order reference. State which item(s) need to be exchanged and for which size(s). As long as you do this by the Sunday cut-off, your new items will be available to collect on Wednesday. Please bag up the items you are returning and bring them along, with your ORIGINAL order confirmation, to exchange.

For all other questions please check the Help & Support page at www.stichdesign.co.uk for further guidance.

We have been warned that the pandemic continues to disrupt supply and shipping across the globe. To ensure you have the correct items please place orders at the earliest opportunity.

Uniform shop

The on-site uniform shop will be staffed from 11 until 2 p.m. each Wednesday. The current price list is available to download at the bottom of this page.

If you have any questions about what constitutes acceptable uniform, or would like guidance about items purchased elsewhere and their suitability as uniform, then please do not hesitate to get in touch with Mr D. Holt, Deputy Headteacher at the Academy.

It must be emphasised that Southfields Academy uniform (items which display the emblem) can only be purchased from the Academy shop. Any other supplier offering such items displaying the Academy emblem is doing so illegally.
