We are currently experiencing some problems in activating new parents' ParentPay accounts. We will endeavour to find resolution to this problem in the next week or so, in the meantime if you have any questions about how you can pay for your child's food then please speak to their tutor in the first instance.
We are well on the way to becoming a cashless Academy and, so that we can achieve our aim of becoming totally cashless, we encourage parents to sign up to and use ParentPay to pay for their child's lunches, school trips etc.
If your child is new to the Academy, we will send you an activation email shortly after they start so that you can set up a new account or add your child to your existing ParentPay account. For further details on how to do this, please visit https://www.parentpay.com/parent-account-faqs/
If your child is at the Academy and you don't have an account, we will send you details so that you can set one up.
