MyChildAtSchool is our parent app which allows you to review your child’s:

• Attendance information
• Timetable
• Assessment data
• Behaviour
• Reports

We have moved all payments for dinner money and trips to the platform as well. You can access MCAS from a web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari or you can download the MyChildAtSchoolApp from the App Store or GooglePlay Store.

To use MCAS for payments:

1. Login to your MCAS account using the School ID (11469), your username (“Username”) and the password you created when you set up your account (if you have forgotten this use the forgotten password link in the app)
2. Select which items you wish to purchase and add them to your basket
3. Pay for your items

If you are not confident with online transactions, you are also able to use PayPoints to load money onto your child’s account. If you wish to use this facility use the barcode provided in MyChildAtSchool. Click here to find your nearest PayPoint.

If you have not yet activated your MCAS account or have any other queries regarding payments, please email MCAS@southfieldsacademy.com. This mailbox is checked by members of the Data team, Finance and General Office.
